per le mani di Maria Addolorata,
ti offro il Sacro Cuore di Gesù
con tutto il suo amore,
con tutte le sue sofferenze
e con tutti i suoi meriti:

per espiare tutti i peccati che ho commesso quest'oggi
e durante tutta la mia vita

Gloria al Padre....

per purificare il bene che ho mal fatto quest'oggi
e durante tutta la mia vita

per supplire al bene che devo fare e ho trascurato di fare quest'oggi
